Royal Gramma (Gramma loreto)

The Royal Gramma is a small but stunning saltwater fish, instantly recognizable by its bright purple front half and vibrant yellow tail. Peaceful, hardy, and only reaching about 3 inches as an adult, it’s a perfect choice for nano and beginner reef aquariums.

These fish love rockwork and will often pick a hole or crevice to call home. They are reef safe, adapt easily to prepared foods, and thrive in tanks as small as 30 gallons. While generally peaceful, only one should be kept per tank to avoid aggression with their own kind.
