Scopas Tang (Zebrasoma scopas)

The Scopas Tang is a unique saltwater fish with a yellowish-brown body, fine bright spots, and a darker shading towards its tail. While not as colorful as other tangs, it’s a hardy species and a great option for aquarists looking to add variety to their reef.

Adults grow over 12 inches and require a large tank (around 180 gallons). Juveniles can adapt to smaller aquariums temporarily, but long-term success depends on providing substantial swimming space and live rock for grazing.
